Our retreats held in the Falmouth area of Cornwall, nestled by the waters of the Carrick roads and Falmouth Bay as well as being hugged by rugged coastal paths and expanses of countryside - the perfect place for the raw, energising comfort of nature.

This is completely dependent on the accommodation and activities that you choose as part of your schedule. Prices start from £850.

Cornwall, based in the west of England is accessible by car (roughly 5 hours from London), train and plane. Travel to/from us isn’t included in your retreat and you will need to arrange this yourselff. Train station/airport pick ups can be arranged.

What you will need to bring will depend on the experiences that you choose. You will receive a list once you have booked your retreat.

We are so well connected with incredible people down here that the list is long of choices. From print making to jewellery courses, yoga and pilates to rock pooling, paddle boarding and candle making, massages and sauna-ing, coastal walks and cookery courses - you’ll be in for a treat for whatever you decide. And if it’s all too much, we’ll spend some time getting to know you to help you make the right choices.
